Our training is aimed to cultivate an excellent and qualified employee, in the age of keen competition; the Human Resources determinate the strength of the company. In this regard, the employee's training must be promoted discreetly so that the enterprise and its employee can glow up together.
 
For employee
 
It will base on employee's profession and job needs to attend varieies of courses held both inside & outside. By means of such kinds of training, it will sharpen the employee' knowledge, skills and quality awareness to strengthen the goal rising conduct effect & personal growth.
 
For TTIC
  Our goal is customer's totally satisfaction and trust. Training is a way to increase productivity, effects and margin to lead the company to a persistent growth.
 
There are three schemes scheduled for our training:
Inside Training:
By conducting a survey in the end of every year to plan the course held for next year. It will be referred to the schedule and announce the course accordingly. The main courses including:safety & health, quality improvement, administration management...ect.
 
Outside Training:
According to job needs, to recommend or appoint the appropriate persons to join the training and give the feedback to the other persons who will not attend the same training.
 
Courses held by headquarter(Tatung): To cooperate with Tatung education system.
